Prashant Kumar is a senior legal professional with over three decades of practice in corporate, commercial, constitutional, and regulatory law. Based in Lucknow, India, he is the Founding Partner of JTS Lex, a leading law practice, and serves as Director of BridgeLaw Global (Dubai), bringing a rare blend of deep domestic expertise and international perspective. Prashant has advised and represented a wide spectrum of clients, including financial institutions, multinational corporations, and government bodies, in high-value disputes, insolvency and restructuring, infrastructure contracts, and regulatory matters. His career reflects both strategic litigation experience before superior courts in India and a strong focus on cross-border advisory.
